＂The only son of the earth＂ Guizhou golden monkey family has added new recruits.

At present, the baby monkey is growing well.

　　Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou, a world natural heritage site, is the only place where Guizhou golden monkey, known as the "only son of the earth", lives at present. According to the statistics of Guizhou Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve Administration, there are about 800 golden monkeys in the reserve at present.

　　Little Fan, the mother of the monkey, and Xiaotian, the father of the monkey, have lived in the wild since childhood, and both of them have been brought back to the ambulance center to live because of injuries. Over the years, they have successfully bred four babies of Guizhou golden monkey. Dabao is 6 years old, Erbao is 4 years old and Sanbao is 2 years old. Now they have added new ones.

　　In order to ensure that the monkey mother "Little Fan" can recover as soon as possible after delivery and can secrete enough milk to feed her cubs, researchers have prepared a rich and scientific "moon meal" for "Little Fan" and arranged special personnel to observe and monitor the monkey mother and baby 24 hours a day.

　　Yang Wei, deputy director of the Guizhou Golden Monkey Research Center of Guizhou Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve Administration, said that the female monkeys of Guizhou Golden Monkey in the wild usually have one baby every three years. After years of scientific research, the female monkeys in the rescue center have achieved one baby every two years, and "Little Fan" successfully gave birth to four Guizhou Golden Monkey, which made the scientific research of Guizhou Golden Monkey go to a new level. "Artificial breeding of Guizhou Golden Monkey can save this species when necessary, and at the same time let people know and protect this endangered species better."
